摘　　要：生态和谐是指整个生物圈的和谐,或者整个生态系统及其内部要素之间保持一种融洽、美好、健康的状态。生态和谐是生态系统的理想范式,生态系统是生态和谐的结构单元。生态和谐是生态平衡的更高境界,生态平衡是生态和谐的前提基础。生态和谐是生态文明的价值旨向,也是生态文明的内在蕴含;生态文明是对生态和谐的观念概括,也是对生态和谐的理论总结。生态和谐是在一个更宽广的视阈中达成对生态世界的谋划,它需要我们不断构想生态文明面向生态世界的实际行动,体现自由与责任在生态世界历史进程中的平衡。Ecological harmony is the harmony of the entire biosphere, or the entire ecological system and its internal elements maintaining a harmonious, beautiful and healthy state. Ecological harmony is the ideal paradigm of the ecological system; ecosystem is the structural unit of the ecological harmony. Ecological harmony is a higher level of ecological balance; ecological balance is the premise of ecological harmony. Ecological harmony is the value orientation of the ecological civilization, and is also the inherent implication of ecological civilization; eco- logical civilization is a conceptual summary of ecological harmony, and is also a theoretical summary of ecological harmony. Ecological harmony is the planning of the ecological world in a broader perspective, and it requires us to constantly plan practical actions for ecological civilization oriented toward the ecological world, and to reflect the balance of freedom and responsibility in the historical process of the ecological world.
