摘  要:针对现有专家系统在故障诊断中存在的问题,提出将基于模型诊断的方法应用于牵引变压器故障诊断中。将故障分为潜伏性故障和电气回路故障两类,对于前者,将专家系统和基于模型的诊断方法相结合,充分利用两者的优势对变压器故障进行诊断,并给出具体实现过程;对于后者,直接利用模型诊断的方法,建立以电压、电流为变量的牵引变压器结构和功能的两层抽象模型,利用观测位置的不变性,将诊断分为离线和在线诊断两部分,对牵引变压器故障进行诊断。通过实例仿真获得故障数据并应用模型诊断推理,验证了基于模型诊断的方法应用于牵引变压器故障诊断的可行性和有效性。The traditional test method and the expert system have some disadvantages in fault diagnosis. In view of this, a method of modelbased diagnosis was applied to fault diagnosis of traction transformers. For po tential faults of traction transformers, the modelbased system and expert system were combined to make full use of their advantages and fulfill fault diagnosis. The process of implementation was also described. For cir cuit faults of traction transformers, the modelbased method was used to build an abstract model of two layers of structure and functional with voltages and currents as variables. Due to the invariable arrangements of the observation devices, the diagnosis process was classified into the parts of offline and online diagnosis. Finally, an actual traction transformer was simulated to obtain fault data and reasoning of fault diagnosis was accom plished with the modelbased method. Feasibility and effectiveness of the modelbased method for diagnosis of traction transformer faults were verified.
