摘　　要：蓝莓果实因含有丰富的营养物质而备受青睐。通过论述蓝莓的营养价值,重点阐述蓝莓加工利用的现状,指出我国蓝莓加工中存在的主要问题,并对蓝莓加工的发展前景进行预测,以期为蓝莓制品的开发研究提供借鉴和参考。Blueberry contains abundant nutrients.This paper focuses on the nutritional value of blueberry,introduces the present situation of blueberry in processing and utilizing,points out the main problems of the blueberry processing in China,and forecasts the development prospect of blueberry processing,which providing reference for the development and research of blueberry.
