摘　　要：运用哲学思维重新审视和探索典型煤炭城市社会经济发展理念,牢固树立敬畏生命理念,把握代际公正原则,坚持科学发展道路,从伦理学视阈寻找构建和谐典型煤炭城市环境的一种新理念和新思路,以期典型煤炭城市能从黑色印象转变为绿色和谐。Atmospheric particulates already have become a significant issue and may seriously affect people’s lives,health and living environment.A typical city with a coal based economy has been philosophically re-examined and explored from social and economic development perspectives.Concepts and principles such as reverence for life and intergenerational equity together with adherence to the scientific development are important philosophical concepts for ethical development.New ideas such as constructing a typical harmonious coal city environment from an ethical perspective could change the current situation from a black impression to green harmony.
