倍频Nd:YAG激光两种波长治疗血管瘤效果比较

摘　　要：目的观察比较倍频Nd:YAG 532 nm和1 064 nm激光治疗皮肤血管瘤的疗效。方法分别使用532 nm和1 064 nm两种波长治疗皮肤血管瘤108例,观察病变范围的大小和色泽变化,并结合病理切片比较两者疗效。结果倍频Nd:YAG 532 nm和1 064 nm两种波长治疗血管瘤4次后有效率分别为75.9%和94.4%,总有效率为85.2%,不良反应发生率低。病理切片结果显示,两种治疗波长照射后瘤体内血管数量减少,血管腔变细,且1 064 nm较532 nm治疗后的改变更明显。结论倍频Nd:YAG 1 064 nm激光治疗皮肤血管瘤是一种安全、有效的方法。【Objective】 To observe and compare the effect of 532 nm and 1 064 nm Nd： YAG laser in the treatment of hemangioma.【Methods】 108 cases of hemangiomas were respectively treated with 532 nm or 1 064 nm wave Nd： YAG laser.Then,observe their changes in the size and color,and compare the effect combined pathological sections.【Results】 After 4 times,the efficiency of 532 nm and 1 064 nm Nd： YAG laser were 75.9%,94.4%,total effective rate was 85.2%,with less adverse reaction.The results of pathological sections showed that,the number of blood vessels was decreased and the vascular space was thinner after 532 nm and 1 064 nm wave Nd： YAG laser irradiation,and the latter was better.【Conclusion】 The result suggests that frequency-doubled Nd： YAG 1 064 nm laser is a safe and effective method in the treatment of skin hemangioma.
