晚期结直肠癌中医治疗预后因素分析

摘　　要：目的筛选晚期结直肠癌中医治疗的预后因素。方法采用回顾性连续病例研究方法,将影响晚期结直肠癌预后的多个因素进行单因素和多因素Cox回归分析,建立晚期结直肠癌中医治疗生存预测模型,分析中医治疗效应指标的预后作用。结果 89例晚期结直肠癌患者纳入研究,全组中位生存期为15.56个月。单因素分析表明瘤体大小、Karnofsky评分、体质量、主症及疼痛变化5个因素与预后相关,多因素回归分析表明瘤体大小、Karnofsky评分、体质量及主症变化4项为独立预后因素。结论瘤体大小、Karnofsky评分、体质量及主症变化是中医治疗晚期结直肠癌的重要预后指标。【Objective】 To select the prognostic factors in TCM treating patients with advanced colorectal cancer.【Methods】 Using a retrospective case study method,the univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis were used to analyze the clinical factors that affect the prognosis of advanced colorectal cancer,then the survival prediction model was built up,and the prognostic value of TCM effect indicators were analyzed.【Results】89 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were included in the study.The median survival time was 15.56 months.With univariate analysis,changes in tumor size,KPS,weight,main symptoms and pain were found to be significant factors influencing the prognosis.Changes in tumor size,KPS,weight and main symptoms were proved independently to be the risk factors influencing prognosis by multi-factorial analysis.【Conclusion】Changes in tumor size,KPS,weight and main symptoms were important prognostic indicators for TCM treating patients with advanced colorectal cancer.
