摘 要:针对开放式创新模式的兴起,研究了开放式多主体协同创新背景下,组织间沟通与不同程度创新绩效的关系。通过21 3家企业的有效调查问卷研究发现:组织间沟通显著促进渐进性创新绩效和突破性创新绩效,且对前者促进作用更大;伙伴关系和合作意愿显著促进组织间沟通;组织间沟通在伙伴关系、合作意愿与渐进性创新绩效间起部分中介作用,但在伙伴关系、合作意愿与突破性创新绩效间中介作用并不显著。结果表明企业应时刻注重组织间沟通这一战略能力的提升,并在实施不同程度的创新活动时采用不同手段。Faced with the rising of open innovative modes,this paper studies the relationship between inter-organizational communication and innovation performance of different degrees in the context of open and multi-agent collaborative innovation.By analyzing the valid questionnaires returned from 213 enterprises,it is found that inter-organizational communication can significantly promote the incremental innovation performance and the drastic innovation performance,and the effect on the former is larger.Partnership and willingness to cooperate can significantly promote the inter-organizational communication.Inter-organizational communication can partly play a role with mediate function between the partner relationship,the willingness to cooperate and the incremental innovation performance;but no significant mediating role is found between the partner relationship,the willingness to cooperate and the drastic innovation performance.The result suggests that the enterprises should lay emphasis on the improvement of the strategic capacity of inter-organizational communication and adopt different means according to different innovative activities.
