摘　　要：目的:探讨老年高血压患者腔隙性脑梗死与脉压和脉压指数的关系。方法:100例高血压患者按头颅核磁共振检查结果分为腔隙性脑梗死组(50例)和无腔隙性脑梗死组(50例),对所有患者均行24h动态血压监测。结果:腔隙性脑梗死组与无腔隙性脑梗死组相比,其脉压(pulse pressure,PP)、脉压指数(pulsepressure index,PPI)、收缩压(systole blood pressure,SBP)明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:脉压、脉压指数、和收缩压的升高均与腔隙性脑梗死有关,控制血压可减少老年腔隙性脑梗死的发生。Objective To study the relationships between lacunar infarction with pulse pressure（PP） and pulse pressure index（PPI） in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 100 patients with hypertension were divided into lacunar infarction group（n = 50） and no-lacunar infarction group（n = 50） according to the results of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging.The 24 h ambulatory blood pressure was measured in all the patients.Results The PP,PPI and systolic blood pressure（SBP） in lacunar infarction group were significantly higher than those in no-lacunar infarction group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The PPI,PP and SBP were related with the lacunar infarction.The controlling of blood pressure can reduce the occurrence of lacunar infarction in the elderly.
