摘　　要：通过对现有挂职干部激励机制取得的成效及存在的问题进行分析,结合农业科学事业单位的特点,提出适合农业科学事业单位挂职干部的激励机制方式,并对构建挂职干部激励机制工作提出建议。The incentives is an important guarantee to carry out the sending cadres to achieve the desired results for service agricultural science institutions. The paper analyzes the sending cadres achievements and problems of existing incentives, combined with the characteristics of agricultural scientific institutions. It puts forward the way of cadres attachment incentives for agricultural scientific institutions and gives some suggestions to build the sending cadres incentives work.
