摘　　要：通过对我国民营快递企业现状以及知识管理的目标、特征、方法进行介绍,分析我国民营快递企业知识管理存在的问题,基于Wiki信息平台的技术特点,从参与主体、保障体系、Wiki平台、基本功能区四个方面构建了我国民营快递企业知识管理的创新体系。Based on the introduction of the current situation of domestic private express enterprises and the goals, characteristics and method of knowledge management, the paper analyzed the existing problem of knowledge management of domestic private express enterprises. Based on the technical characteristics of Wiki information platform, the paper builds an innovative system of knowledge management of domestic private express enterprises from four aspects such as participation subject, security system, Wiki platform and basic function.
