摘　　要：报道了一种移动通信系统中用的采用使能电路实现三态增益控制的单片低噪声放大器。详细阐述了使能电路和负反馈支路的设计方法。主要研制结果为 :f0 为 180 0 MHz;G1为19d B、N F1为 2 .0 d B;G2 为 10 d B、N F2 为 2 .7d B;G3 为 - 2 0 d B。This paper presents a newly developed monolithic LNA adopting enable circuit to realize three state gain for mobile communication system using a GaAs MESFET technology. The design of the enable circuit and the negative feedback circuit is described in detail. Excellent microwave performances of the LNA have been achieved:f_0∶1 800 MHz; G 1∶19 dB、 NF 1∶2.0 dB; G 2∶10 dB、 NF 2∶2.7 dB; G_3∶-20 dB.
