摘　　要：目的探讨在鼻咽癌组织中nm23-H1蛋白表达水平与其CT表现的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测62例鼻咽癌标本中nm23-H1蛋白表达,分析与其CT表现的关系。结果鼻咽癌CT显示其不同侵袭程度各组中nm23-H1的表达差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌组织中nm23-H1蛋白的表达水平随其侵袭程度的加大而降低,呈负相关。可成为鼻咽癌预后不良的标志。Objective To discuss the correlation between the expression of nm23-H1 protein and its CT results in nasopharyngeal carcinomas.Methods Through immunohistochemical streptavidin-perosidase,the nm23-H1 protein expression levels were studied in 62 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinomas,based on which analysis was made to discuss the correlation between CT expression and the protein levels.Results Nasopharyngeal carcinoma CT showed significant differences in nm23-H1 expressions in all groups（P0.05） with invasion of various degrees.Conclusion A negative correlation was found between the nm23-H1 protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinomas and the invasion degree of carcinomas tissues,that is,the higher the invasion degree,the lower the Nm23-H1 protein expression level.The correlation between them could be regarded as a sign of negative prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinomas.
