摘　　要："入园贵、入园难"是我国学前教育突出的难题,建设普惠性幼儿园是破解这一难题的有效路径。普惠性幼儿园建设标准是能够保证普惠性幼儿园正常运行和发展的条件标准。普惠性幼儿园的建设原则是"够用、适用",不追求豪华和特色,以为大众和低收入家庭的幼儿提供保底的、基本的早期教育为目的。At present,the preschool education of our country faces two problems：it is expensive and difficult for young children to attend kindergartens.Establishing inclusive kindergartens is the effective way to solve the problems.The criterion of inclusive kindergartens is the standard condition to ensure the normal run and development of inclusive kindergartens.The construction principles are ＂enough to use＂ and ＂the right to use＂.Its aim is not to pursue luxury and characteristics,but to provide guaranteed-minimum and basic pre-education.
