摘　　要：随着学校变革和课程改革的推进,传统注重规范和统一的教学管理体系已经过时,管理的价值取向开始发生转移,不再执迷于控制,注重专业引领的新型教学领导和管理体系将逐步确立起来。这种新型教学管理范式的立论依据是教学的专业属性,逻辑基点是引领而非控制,其价值诉求是专业取向,它的内在构成是教学领导与管理的内在统一。With the advancing of school reform and curriculum reform,traditional teaching management system focused on standardization and unification is outdated,value orientation of management is shifting,which is no longer obsessed with control,and the new teaching leadership and management system focused on professional leading will be gradually established.This new type of teaching management pattern is based on professional property of teaching,whose logical basis is leading rather than control,the management value is profession-oriented,whose constitution is the inherent unity of teaching leadership and management.
