FDI外溢网络、政府引导与创新型企业自主创新

摘　　要：本文考察FDI横向外溢网络和纵向外溢网络对本地企业自主创新绩效的影响,并考虑当地政府引导——政策支持、资金支持和市场支持在之间所起的作用。以福建和广东创新型产业集群的155家本土民营企业为样本,采用问卷调查方式获取数据,运用层次回归模型进行实证检验。结果表明:(1)FDI横向外溢网络和纵向外溢网络均对自主创新绩效产生显著影响;(2)政策支持在FDI两种外溢网络与自主创新绩效之间起到调节作用;(3)资金支持和市场支持的调节作用均未通过实证检验。Using Three types of government guidance-policy support,financial support,and marketing support as moderate variables,horizontal spillovers effect and vertical spillovers effect as independent variables,the effect of these dimensions on independent innovation performance is discussed.Based on the survey of the local Hi-Tech enterprises in Fujian and Guangdong province,according to 155effective questionnaires,the method of hierarchical regression analysis is used to test the models.It is revealed :(1) horizontal spillovers effect and vertical spillovers effect have the significant impacts on the independent innovation performance;(2) policy support has the significant moderate effect on the relationship between two types of FDI spillovers effects and independent innovation performance;(3) the moderate effects of financial support,and marketing support on the relationship between FDI spillovers effect and independent innovation performance are not significant.
