转移性结直肠癌的中医用药思路探讨

摘　　要：转移性结直肠癌病机复杂多变,湿毒蕴结乃转移性结直肠癌发生发展的主要病理基础。"扶正固本,化湿解毒"是其基本治疗原则,扶助正气是治疗的根本,健脾益气是治疗的基本手段,运脾化湿是治疗的重要治法之一,治疗过程应分阶段、分寒热、分病位进行。The pathogenesis of metastatic colorectal cancer （MCRC） is complicated and changeable. Accumulated dampness toxicity is its primary pathological basis. ＂Supporting the healthy energy, dissipating dampness and removing toxicity＂ is its main therapeutic principle. The base of therapy is ＂build up healthful vital energy＂. The main treatment method is ＂invigorating spleen and supplementing qi ＂. Invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness is also a important therapy. When we treat the patient, we must treat them as differentiating stage, differentiate chills and fever, and differentiate disease location.
