摘 要:目的分析某市中小学毕业班教师心理健康现状,为偏远山区中小学教师的心理保健工作提供科学依据。方法随机抽取某市630名中小学的毕业班任课教师,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估其心理健康状况。结果①全部教师的SCL-90强迫症状和抑郁两项因子分均值>2分;②34.44%的教师SCL-90总分均值≥2分,3.97%≥3分;>20%的教师在恐怖和精神病性方面存在轻度的症状;>30%的教师在焦虑、偏执、其他方面存在轻度的症状;>40%的教师在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、敌对方面存在轻度的症状;>50%的教师存在轻度的强迫症状,9.52%的教师存在至少中度的强迫症状;③女教师的SCL-90总分及各因子分均显著高于男教师,差异有统计学意义。结论某市中小学毕业班教师心理健康状况总体良好,但存在一些心理健康问题,尤其体现在强迫、抑郁和人际关系方面。女教师的心理健康水平低于男教师。Objective To analyze the present status of mental health of graduating class teachers of primary and secondary schools in Luoding city,and provide a scientific basis for the mental health work of these teachers in remote mountainous areas.Methods A total of 630 graduating class teachers of primary and secondary schools in Luoding were randomly selected and evaluated by symptom checklist-90(SCL-90).Results ① The average score of both obsessive-compulsive factor and depression factor of all teachers were 2.② The total mean score of SCL-90 ≥2accounted for 34.44%,≥3 accounted for 3.97%;presenting mild symptoms of phobia and psychoticism accounted for more than 20%;presenting mild symptoms of anxiety,paranoia and others more than 30%;presenting mild symptoms of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and hostility more than 40%;presenting mild symptom of obsessive-compulsive more than a half,and presenting moderate symptom of obsessive-compulsive accounted for 9.52%.③ SCL-90 total score and factors scores of female teachers were all significantly higher than those of male teachers.Conclusion The mental health of graduating class teachers of primary and secondary schools in Luoding is generally good,but there are still some issues especially focusing on obsessive-compulsive,depression and interpersonal sensitivity.The metal health level of female teachers is lower than that of male teachers.
