摘 要:目的:研究艾草总黄酮(total flavonoids from Artemisia argyi,TFAA)的最佳提取工艺及抗氧化活性。方法:采用超声辅助提取法,以乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比为考察因素,通过正交实验优选TFAA的最佳提取工艺。采用化学模拟体系测定TFAA的抗氧化活性。结果:TFAA的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度60%、提取温度90℃、提取时间1.5 h、料液比1∶45。TFAA清除DPPH.和ABTS.+的IC50分别为38.05μg/mL和31.08μg/mL。结论:经工艺优化后TFAA的提取量为177.5mg/g,具有很强的抗氧化活性。Objective:To investigate the optimal extraction technique and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Artemisia argyi(TFAA).Methods:To optimize the extraction technique of TFAA with orthogonal method by using ultrasound-assisted extraction,which factors are ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time,and solid/liquid ratio.The antioxidant capacity of TFAA was measured by the chemical simulation system.Results:The results showed the optimal extraction technique: ethanol concentration 60%,extraction temperature 90℃,extracting time 1.5h,solid/liquid ratio 1∶ 45.TFAA had effective activity on scavenging DPPH^· and ABTS^·+,its IC50 was 38.05 μg/mL and 31.08 μg/mL,respectively.Conclusion:The maximum yield of TFAA was 177.5mg/g.TFAA has strong antioxidant capacity.
