中药治疗精神分裂症患者代谢综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察六郁汤或二陈汤合桃红四物汤对精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征的疗效。方法:30例符合纳入标准的患者予以六郁汤或二陈汤合桃红四物汤治疗12周,观察治疗前后各代谢指标变化情况。结果:治疗8周后患者空腹血糖(FBG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、甘油三酯(TG)均有明显下降,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)明显升高,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05),体重指数(BMI)在12周内虽然也呈现下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)未发现明显不良反应。结论:六郁汤或二陈汤合桃红四物汤能有效改善精神分裂症患者代谢综合征的糖代谢紊乱、血脂紊乱、血压异常。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Liuyu Decoction or Erchen Decoction on metabolism syndrome in schizophrenic patients.Methods： 30 cases which had abnormal lipids metabolism by antipsychotics and met our criteria were treated by Liuyu Decoction or Erchen Decoction for 12 weeks and changes of metabolism index were observed.Results： The decreasing of fasting blood-glucose（FBG）,systolic blood pressure（SBD）,diastolic blood pressure（DBS）,triglyceride（TG） and increasing of high-density lipoprotein were found（P〈0.05） after 8 weeks.And decreasing tendency of body mass index（BMI） was also found without statistic significance（P〈0.05）.No adverse reactions were found with l Liuyu Decoction or Erchen Decoction.Conclusion： Liuyu Decoction or Erchen Decoction may be effective on abnormal metabolism,abnormal blood fat and higher blood pressure associated with antipsychotics in schizophrenic patients.
