复方降糖滴丸有效部位对糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用的研究

摘  要:目的:研究复方降糖滴丸有效部位(总黄酮、总皂苷和总多糖)对糖尿病小鼠降血糖的作用及机制。方法:采用四氧嘧啶复制实验性糖尿病小鼠动物模型,将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、原处方汤剂组和复方降糖滴丸有效部位高、低剂量组。给药14天后,检测小鼠血糖、体重、血清胰岛素(INS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及糖化血清蛋白(GSP)水平。结果:与模型组相比,复方降糖方有效部位药物能明显降低实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖(P<0.05),降低糖化血清蛋白水平,增加小鼠体重,提高糖尿病小鼠血清胰岛素水平。结论:复方降糖滴丸有效部位在一定程度上保护胰岛β细胞,增强机体抗氧化能力,显著降低脂质过氧化产物的含量,从而改善和治疗糖尿病。Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect and mechanism of the effective parts of Compound Jiangtang Dripping Pills(total flavones,total saponins and total polysaccharides) on diabetic mice.Methods: The experimental diabetic mice model was established by using alloxan,and the mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group,model group,positive control group,the original prescription decoction group,high dose and low dose of the effective parts of Compound Jiangtang Dripping Pills groups.The mice were given medicine for 30 days respectively,then the following indexes: blood glucose,weight,serum insulin level(INS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) as well as glycosylated serum protein(GSP) was measured.Results: Comparing with the model group,the effective parts of Compound Jiangtang Dripping Pills had an obvious effect on reducing the blood sugar of experimental diabetic mice(P0.05) and the level of glycosylated serum protein,increasing the avoirdupois of the mice and improving serum insulin levels of diabetic mice.Conclusion: The effective parts of Compound Jiangtang Dripping Pills to some extent can protect islet beta cells,enhance the ability of antioxidation,reduce the content of lipid peroxidation products significantly,so as to improve and treat the diabetes.
