基于C-D生产函数的产业集群对区域创新能力影响机制及实证研究

摘　　要：我国目前在产业集群对区域创新能力的影响研究方面不够深入,减弱了这一影响机理对实际经济活动的指导作用。以产业集群的识别为研究起点,对其生命周期阶段特征进行详细描述,并结合产业集群对区域创新能力的影响机理,分别构建了以门限自回归理论为基础的生命周期划分模型和以生产函数原理为基础的产业集群对区域创新能力影响模型。最后通过集群识别选取长三角通用设备制造业作为实证对象,并提出了促进长三角区域创新的对策。The domestic studies of the impact of industrial clusters upon regional innovation ability are not deep enough,which weak the guidance for actual economic activity.This paper begins the study with the recognition of industrial clusters and describes the stage features of life cycle are in detail.Combining with the mechanism of industrial clusters’ impact regional innovation capability,this paper respectively builds the industrial cluster’s life cycle division model based on a threshold autoregressive and the model of the impact of industrial cluster upon regional innovation ability based on the basis of production function.Finally,this paper selects universal equipment manufacturing at Yangtze River Delta as the object of the empirical research by the recognition of industrial clusters and puts forward suggestions to improve the regional innovative ability.
