木聚糖酶预处理麦草对分离半纤维素的影响

摘  要:半纤维素是生物质的重要组成部分,综合利用潜力大,可以将其转化为高附加值、多元化的产品。选用麦草作为研究对象,采用碱抽提和碱性木聚糖酶预处理的方法,分析了酶处理前后的碱抽提对半纤维素提取率的影响。实验结果表明:木聚糖酶预处理前,碱抽提的最佳条件是用碱量7%,抽提温度70℃;木聚糖酶预处理后,碱抽提的最佳条件是用碱量7%,抽提温度60℃,碱性木聚糖酶处理浆料后的半纤维素提取率明显提高。同时,木聚糖酶预处理后的麦草中的细小纤维组分和薄壁细胞明显减少。Hemicellulose is an important composition of biomass. Wheat straw has a large potential in comprehensive utilization, and we can convert it into high value-added and multiple products. To obtain higher yields of hemiceUulose from wheat straw, during the conversion, pretreatment was a key technique. The experiment used the method of xylanase pretreatment and alkali extraction. The effect of xylanase pretreatment on alkali extraction was analyzed. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were NaOH concentration 7%, temperature 70℃ before xylanase pretreatment, while the optimal extraction conditions were NaOH concentration 7%, temperature 60℃ after xylanase pretreatment, and the xylanase pretreatment was benifical for the extraction of hemiceUulose. On the other side, the fines and parenchyma cells became less after xylanase pretreatment.
