摘 要:目的对BRCAl基因的多态性与人类宫颈癌的相关性进行研究。方法选取在西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院就诊的123例宫颈癌患者做为研究对象,同时选取63例健康女性为对照研究,对两组均进行多聚酶链式反应、限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)法检测,对各组基因型及其等位基因的频率分布差异进行测量记录并进行分析。结果BRCAl871T/T,C/T及C/C中,与C/C相比,C/T(χ^2=4.164,P〈0.05)、T/T(χ^2=4.458,P〈0.05),C/T+T/T(χ^2=16.184,P〈0.01)的基因型宫颈癌发生的风险降低,等位基因的突变与宫颈癌的发生具有密切相关性。结论BRCAl基因多态性使BRCAl基因发生了突变,其与宫颈癌的发生有著密切关系.当BRCAl 871 C〉T则能够降低官鲕癌的发生率.Objective To study the correlation between polymorphism of BRCA1 gene and human cervical cancer. Methods A total of 123 cases of cervical cancer visiting First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College were selected as research objects, and 63 healthy women were selected as controls. Two groups were detected with PCR-RFLP. Gene types and difference in frequency distribution of allele were recorded. Results Compared with C/C mutation of BRCA1, the risk of cervical cancer decreased in mutation of C/T (χ^2 = 4. 164, P 〈 0.05 ), T/T(χ^2 = 4. 458, P 〈 0.05 ) and C/T + T/T (χ^2 = 16.184, P 〈 0.01 ). The mutation of allele was closely related with cervical cancer. Conclusion Gene mutations occur because of gene polymorphism of BRCA1, which has close relation with incidence of cervical cancer. The incidence of cervical cancer can be reduced when BRCA1 871 C 〉 T.
