摘  要:应用C 分带和N 分带技术对阿拉拉特小麦 (TriticumararaticumJakubz ,2n =2 8,AbAbGG)的根尖细胞进行染色体构成分析 ,结果表明 :(1)C 分带和N 分带方法均可以使阿拉拉特小麦染色体显示稳定的带型 ;(2 )根据带型可以明确区分阿拉拉特小麦各条染色体 ;(3)阿拉拉特小麦A、G组染色体带型与普通小麦A、B组染色体带型差异明显 ,利用分带方法可以区分阿拉拉特小麦与普通小麦的染色体 .The somatic chromosome construction of Tetraploid wheat Triticum araraticum Jakubz was analyzed by means of C banding and N banding techniques. The results show that heterochromation is located mainly at centromeric regions and some genomes have interstitial and telomeric bands. The chromosomes lightly banded belong to A genome and the strongly banded ones belong to G genome. The chromosomes have stable characteristic banding patterns, through which we can recognize each of them respectively. By establishing the models of C banded and N banded kayrotypes we find that the banding patterns of A,G genome of T.araraticum differ obviously from those of T.aestivum. So the chromosomes of T.araraticum can be identified from those of T.aestivum on the comparison of the C banded or N banded patterns.
