摘　　要：绿色设计是绿色制造的主要关键技术之一,绿色设计技术是从源头解决产品环境影响问题的最有效方法。家具绿色设计主要可应用DfLC生命周期设计、面向拆卸和回收的绿色设计等方法。QFDE绿色质量功能配置、TRIZ创新绿色设计工具、MET分析矩阵等常用技术工具则有助于提高家具绿色设计的质量和效率。Green design is one of the key techniques in the technology system of green manufacturing. Green design technology is the most effective methods of solving the products＇ environmental impact problem from the source. The authors introduced a series of furniture green design methods such as Design for the Life-Cycle, Design for Disassembly, etc. The commonly used furniture green design tools such as Quality Function Deployment for Environment, TRIZ tools and MET matrix were also discussed in detail. The paper provides a reference on implementing green manufacturing for furniture industry.
