摘  要:目的探讨声速匹配与声触诊组织量化技术诊断肝纤维化、早期肝硬化的价值及两者相关性。方法 53例患者分为肝纤维化组32例、早期肝硬化组21例,33例健康者为对照组,运用声速匹配与声触诊组织量化测量所有受检者肝右叶各段区域声速指数、区域声速值、剪切波速度值。结果三组间各肝段剪切波速度存在统计学差异(P<0.05),对照组与其他两组区域声速值有统计学差异(P<0.05),早期肝硬化组与肝纤维化组区域声速值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。区域声速指数与剪切波速度值呈正相关(r=0.52,P<0.001),回归方程y=25.15x-12.8。结论声速匹配对诊断肝纤维化及早期肝硬化有一定价值,但尚不能精确分级肝纤维化。Objeetive To assess the value of Sound Speed Correction (SSC) and Virtual Touch Tissue Quantifi-cation (VTQ) in differentiating hepatic fibrosis and early stage cirrhosis in patients with chronic liver disease from nor-mal controls. Methods 53 patients with chronic liver disease were selected into this research, they were divided into 2 groups:Hepatic fibrosis group (32 cases) and early stage cirrhosis group (21 cases). 33 normal volunteers were select- ed as control group. All subjects accepted SSC and VTQ, the Zone Speed Index(ZSI), Zone Sound Speed(ZSS) and shear wave velocity of hepatic segments s5, s6, s7, s8 were measured. Results There were statistically significant differences among these three groups for the shear wave velocity of all hepatic segments(P^0.05). Between early stage cirrhosis and control group,hepatic fibrosis and control group, the ZSS of all hepatic segments also have statisti-cally differences(P〈0, 05), but the ZSS between early stage cirrhosis and hepatic fibrosis group showed no significant difference(P〉0. 05). ZSI and shear wave velocity was positive correlation(r= 0. 52, P〈0. 001), regression equation y= 25.15x-12.8. Conclusions SSC have certain value in differentiating hepatic fibrosis and early stage cirrhosis from normal subjects, but it still can't accurately classify the degree of hepatic fibrosis.
