摘　　要：博弈现象普遍存在于体育的比赛、管理中 .运用博弈论对高校特招运动员训练中的某些现象进行了定量与定性的分析 ,指出了目前高校中特招运动员训练热情不高、成绩下滑的原因主要是学校管理体制的问题 .完全可以通过引入适当的竞争机制、风险效益等有效方式 ,激发他们的情绪 。The phenomenon of game appears in the contests and organizing of sports generally.In this article,we apply the theory of game to analyze some phenomena in the training of specially enrolld sports persons in universities quantitatively and qualitatively,pointing out that at present,the low spirits in training and the decline in scores of the specially enrolled sports persons in universities are mainly due to the problems of the system of school management.Through the introduction of appropriate competitive system,adventurous benefit and other effective methods,we can kindle their spirits,and hence improve the quality of the training and contests.
