摘　　要：目的:探讨康复锻炼对肺癌术后患者肺功能恢复结局的影响。方法:选择肺癌患者60例随机分组,对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受规范化肺部康复运动干预。对比护理效果。结果:试验组肺部并发症低,6 min步行距离更高,Borg运动强度自觉量表得分更优,生活质量更好,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化肺部康复运动有助于肺癌术后患者恢复。Objective To investigate the recovery of pulmonary function outcomes for lung cancer patients after rehabilitation exercises. Methods Choose 60 cases of lung cancer patients were randomized to the control group received routine care,the experimental group received standardized pulmonary rehabilitation exercise intervention.Contrast the effect of care.Results The pulmonary complications is low,6-minute walk from the higher, Borg movement strength rating of perceived better the score,the better quality of life,compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The standardized pulmonary rehabilitation exercise can help lung cancer patients after recovery.
