摘 要:目的探讨取样线角度和感兴趣区深度对牛离体肝脏剪切波速度测量的影响。材料与方法使用牛离体肝脏,在取样线偏离中线0°~15°、15°~30°以及30°~45°条件下,分别将感兴趣区置于肝包膜下1cm、2cm、3cm、4cm、5cm处,测量剪切波速度,比较不同角度和深度下剪切波速度的差异。结果取样线角度和感兴趣区深度对剪切波速度均有明显影响(F=21.53、18.26,P<0.01),且二者间存在交互作用;在0°~15°间各深度组剪切波速度测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但随深度增加,测值重复性具有变差的趋势;取样线在15°~30°间以及30°~45°时,部分深度组组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论取样线角度和感兴趣区深度对测量剪切波速度均有影响,取样线偏离中线不超过15°、深度不超过5cm时,剪切波速度测值受影响较小。Purpose To investigate the effect of sampling angle and depth of interest in themeasurement of bovine liver shear wave velocity using virtual touch tissue quantification technique. Materials and Methods In vitro measurement of shear wave velocity in bovine iver was performed using sampling angle of0°-15°, 15°-30 and 30°-45 ° at depth of interest of1 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cm, and compare the results. Results There was significant difference in the measured shear wave velocity at different sampling angle and depth (F=21.53, 18.26, P〈0.01). At 0-15, the shear wave velocity was not significantly different at different depths (P〉0.05). As the field of interest became deeper, the measurement wasless accurate. At sampling angle of 15°-30° and 00-45°, there was significant difference at different depths (P〈0.05). Conclusion Sampling angle and depth of interest have significant effect on the accuracy of shear wave velocity measurement, with less effect when the angle is between 0 °- 15°.
