摘 要:目前研究已证明抗菌肽是皮肤上阻止潜在病原体入侵的最直接力量,基础理论研究主要集中在阳离子抗菌肽的抗菌机制,阴离子抗菌肽涉及较少。抗菌肽对各种皮肤疾病的治疗作用和较低的细菌耐药性已经越来越明确,人工合成抗菌肽也具有光明的应用前景。但是在抗菌肽真正用于疾病治疗之前,需要解决一些技术上的障碍。Antimicrobial peptides have been shown to serve as a first-line defense mechanism against potential patho- gens in the skin. The antibacterial mechanism of cationic antimicrobial peptides in skin disease process has been ex- tensively studied,but anionic antimicrobial peptides is relatively unknown. The role of antimierobial peptides in epi- dermal immunity and low predilection for developing bacterial resistance has been studied extensively thus far, the potential health benefits of the use of synthetic bioactive peptides is promising in dermatological disease. But some technical obstacles must be overcome before they can be successfully translated into clinical application.
