摘 要:将150只14日龄健康AA肉鸡按性别、体重随机分为5组,其中4个试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组)分别按50、150、300、500μg/kg剂量肌肉注射胸腺五肽(TP-5),每天1次,连续注射5d;空白对照组(Ⅴ组)肌肉注射等体积生理盐水。用ELISA试剂盒检测用药5d后(19日龄)及停药5d后(24日龄)肉鸡脾、胸腺及法氏囊中抗氧化指标及氧自由基的变化,观察TP-5对肉鸡免疫器官抗氧化功能的影响。结果显示,19日龄时,与对照组比较,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组脾及Ⅱ组法氏囊中CAT活性显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组脾、胸腺及法氏囊中GSH-Px活性均显著升高(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组脾及胸腺中SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);Ⅱ组脾及Ⅰ、Ⅱ组胸腺中MDA浓度显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组各免疫器官及Ⅲ、Ⅳ组胸腺T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05)。24日龄时,Ⅱ组肉鸡免疫器官中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性及T-AOC仍显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着日龄及体重的增加,各组肉鸡体内产生的氧自由基增多,脾中GSH-Px活性及胸腺中CAT、GSH-Px活性显著降低(P<0.05),各试验组肉鸡胸腺中SOD活性呈升高趋势,法氏囊中T-AOC极显著降低(P<0.01)。结果表明,TP-5能够提高肉鸡免疫器官中抗氧化酶的活性,降低氧自由基水平,以50、150μg/kg TP-5的效果最佳。To examine the effects of thymopentin on the antioxidant function of immune organs in broilers,150 14-day-old healthy avian broilers were divided into five groups by gender and weight. Four treatment groups(TG) of groups I , Ⅱ,Ⅲ and IV were injected with thymopentin(TP-5) at a dosage of 50, 150,300 and 500/g/kg, respectively, while group V as a control group(CG) was given the same dosage vol- ume of the aseptic physiological saline. The daily changes of the antioxidant indices of spleen, thymus and bursal in broilers were investigated for five days during and after treatment, respectively. In result, com- pared with CG,the CAT contents in the spleen of groups I and Ⅱand in the thymus of group Ⅱ signifi-cantly increased(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ,the GSH-Px contents in the spleen,thymus and bursal of groups I and Ⅱ significantly increased(P〈0.05) ,and the SOD contents in the spleen and thymus of groups I and Ⅱ increased(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ,while the MDA contents in the spleen of group Ⅱ and in thymus of groups I and II decreased(P〈0.05). Moreover,the T-AOC in the immune organs of groups I and Ⅱ and in the thymus of groups Ⅲ and IV increased(P〈0.05). Compared with CG,the SOD,GSH-Px and CAT contents and the T-AOC in the immune organs of group II increased(P〈0.05) ,and the contents of oxygen free radicals in broilers increased with age and weight, the GSH-Px contents in the spleen and the CAT and GSH-Px contents in the thymus decreased(P〈0. 05). In addition, the SOD contents in the thymus in- creased slightly(P〉0.05) ,but the T-AOC in the bursal decreased(P〈0.01). The results showed that TP- 5 might improve the activity of the antioxidant enzymes and reduce oxygen free radicals, and the optimum iniection dosage was 50 and 150 μg/kg.
