农业技术推广体系中高校与农户关系的研究——基于某大学示范站的调查

摘　　要：农业技术推广作为科技兴农的重要途径,在繁荣农村经济,促进农民增收方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。农业高校作为农业技术推广的一大主体,近年来在农业技术推广中地位逐渐凸显,这种以大学为依托的推广模式开启了农业技术推广的新模式,为广大农民送去了先进的农业技术,由于这种模式还处于探索阶段,其中还存在不少问题,本研究以一所农业大学的示范站为例,分析了在农业技术推广体系中所存在的问题。针对这些问题,政府机构需要加大对高校农业技术推广的宣传力度,给予接受农业技术推广的农户政策上的优惠,高校需要完善农技推广人员的考核激励机制,以此来保证农业技术推广的顺利进行。Agricultural technology extension as an important way of agriculture science and technology,It has played an increasingly important role on the prosperity of the rural economy and increase the farmers＇ income.Agricultural universities as a big subject on the agricultur al technology extension,agricultural technology extension status has highlighted in recent years,this extension mode open the new mode of agricultural technology extension,bring the advanced agricultural technology to the vast number of farmers,because of this mode is still in the stage of exploration,which still have many problems,using a university of agriculture test station as an example in this research,analyzes the relationship between universities and farmers to effect the agricultural technology extension system,,and pointed out the future development direction on the Agricultural Technology Extension System.
