红绒盖牛肝菌发酵培养基筛选及液体培养条件

摘　　要：在摇瓶液体培养条件下,研究了14种不同成分培养基对红绒盖牛肝菌菌丝体生长的影响及液体培养条件,结果表明,红绒盖牛肝菌最适发酵培养基为:蔗糖2%、玉米粉2%、黄豆粉1.5%、酵母膏0.5%、MgSO40.05%、KH2PO40.1%。培养基中添加有机硅类消泡剂对红绒盖牛肝菌菌丝体生长没有影响;液体发酵的适宜初始pH为5～6;液体培养周期为10 d,菌丝体生物量可达5.7 g/L。We studied 14 different components of the medium on mycelial growth of Xerocomus chrysenteron and liquid culture conditions in the shake-flask liquid culture conditions, the results showed that the optimum fermentation medium of X. chrysenteron included 2% sucrose, 2% corn flour, 1.5% soybean meal, 0.5% yeast extract, 0.05% MgSO4 and 0.1% KH2PO4. There were no effects on mycelial growth of X. chrysenteron, when silicone defoamer was added. The suitable initial pH of liquid fermentation was 5 to 6, the cycle of liquid culture was 10 d, the mycelia biomass achieved 5. 7 g/L.
