摘　　要：性别角色冲突是指个体社会化的性别角色行为模式对自己或其他人产生消极影响的心理状况,性别角色冲突会对男性青少年压力的感知、负面情绪的积累和危险行为的选择甚至心理发展水平与功能产生明显的消极影响,家庭教养环境和同辈群体环境是影响男性青少年性别角色冲突形成的重要因素。未来须编制适合我国文化背景的研究工具,考察中介变量、调节变量的影响,引入纵向研究,探讨性别角色冲突的形成和发展机制。Gender role conflict is a psychological state in which gender roles have negative consequences or impact on the others.It has negative effect on the feeling of pressure,accumulation of negative emotions,the choice of danger conducts,and the psychological function to the adolescent males.The environment of parenting and peer group are the two important factors that influence the forming of gender role conflict in adolescent males.It is of great importance to develop the scale for Chinese adolescent males and to explore the role of the moderate and mediate factors in the forming and development of gender role conflict in adolescent males.
