摘  要:比较了正常与患白鳃病大黄鱼血细胞类型、大小、数量和形态变化等指标的差异。正常大黄鱼的血细胞可分为红细胞、小淋巴细胞、大淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞及血栓细胞7种类型,红细胞数为(2.44±0.22)×106个/mm3,白细胞数为(9.89±1.51)×104个/mm3,小淋巴细胞、大淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞及血栓细胞在白细胞中所占的比例分别为(27.51±9.59)%、(7.03±5.24)%、(4.40±3.99)%、(19.27±15.34)%、(2.87±2.20)%和(38.91±11.56)%,血红蛋白含量为(6.68±1.38)g/100mL。患白鳃病大黄鱼的红细胞数及血红蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.01),小淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和血栓细胞所占比例明显减少(P<0.01),而大淋巴细胞和单核细胞所占比例明显增加(P<0.01)。The type, size, number and morphology of hematocytes were compared between normal and white-gill diseased large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea. It was found that erythrocytes with a count of (2.44±0.22)X106/mm3, small lymphocytes, large lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, eosinophil and thrombocytes, with a total leukocyte count of (9. 89±1.51)× 104/mm3, in which(27.51± 9.59)% in small lymphocyte,(7. 03 ± 5. 24)% in large lymphocyte, (4. 40 ± 3. 99)% in monocytes, (19. 27 ± 15.34)% in neutrophils,(2.87±2. 20)% in eosinophil and (38. 91 ±11.56)% in thrombocytes, were recognized in the blood of the normal large yellow croaker. The hemoglobin content was found to be (6.68 ± 1.38) g/100 mL in the blood of the normal large yellow croaker. In the fishes with white-gill disease, however, both erythrocyte counts and hemoglobin content were found to be decreased significantly (P 0. 01), and the small lymphocyte, neutrophils, eosinophil and thrombocytes in total leucocytes were reduced in percent very significantly (P ~ 0.01). The large lymphocyte and monocytes were found to be increased very significantly in percent (P 〈 0.01).
