摘 要:为查明大凌河口湿地盐沼植物—翅碱蓬对沉积物重金属的吸收和富集特性,采用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光光度法,检测翅碱蓬的根、茎、叶及其根际沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Hg、As的含量,分析了6种重金属在翅碱蓬不同组织中的含量分布和累积规律。研究结果表明:大凌河口翅碱蓬根际沉积物6种重金属含量依次为Zn>Pb>Cu>As>Cd>Hg。6种重金属在翅碱蓬根、茎、叶中的含量各有不同,其中,Cu、As、Hg表现为根>茎>叶,Pb、Cd的分布规律为根>叶>茎,Zn的含量分布特征为叶>根>茎。翅碱蓬对6种重金属的生物累积能力也存在差异,表现为Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd>Hg>As。翅碱蓬对Zn、Pb、Cu、Cd、As、Hg的生物累积系数分别为:2.65、2.32、2.6、1.87、0.84、1.22。研究结果可为河口湿地重金属污染的生物修复提供基础数据。To throw the light on the biological absorption and bioaccumulatlon ol saline plant uaeaa heteroptera to heavy metals in the sediment at the Daling River estuary wetland, the distributions of Zn, Pb, Cu, Cd, As and Hg in root, stem, leaves of the plant and the concentration of these metals in S. heteroptera-rhizosphere sediment were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluore scence spectromtry, and the accumulation, distribution and transference of Zn, Pb, Cu, Cd, As and Hg in the plant was discussed. The results showed that concentrations of these metals in S. heteroptera- rhizosphere sediment in sequence were Zn Pb Cu As Cd Hg. The results also showed that the accumulation contents had the remarkable distinction in different parts of the plant owing to the selective tolerance to heavy metals of the plant. Contents of Cu, As and Hg in the plant in sequence were root 〉 stem leaf, root leaf stem for Pd and Cd, leaf root stem for Zn. The accumulation contents of six metals in the plant were different, and in sequence were Zn Cu Pb Cd 〉 Hg As. The bioaccumulative coefficient of the plant for Zn, Pb, Cu, Cd, As and Hg was 2.65, 2.32, 2.6, 1. 87, 0. 84 and 1.22, respectively. The present study provides relevant data for the bioremediation of heavy metal pollutions in the estuary wetland.
