摘　　要：信息技术高速发展的时代背景下,艺术教育迎来新的发展契机。艺术教育的复杂性和开放性与信息技术强调实践和创造的本质有着极强的融合性。基于这种融合的可能性,我们尝试构建适合当下社会发展的艺术教育新体系,即以"人本"教育理念为核心、以"智能化"教育技术为支点、以"双核心"教育模式为成果的艺术教育信息化体系。Under the background of the rapid development of information technology,art education is ready for a new opportunity of development. The complexity and openness of art education and the practicality and creativity of information technology naturally have a powerful integration. Based on the possibility of integration,we try to build a new system of art education for the present social development,That is,such a informational system of art eduction: humanistic philosophy of education as the core,intelligent technology of education as the stronghold and dual - core model of education as the result.
