摘　　要：目的:探讨氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)缓释植入剂治疗卵巢恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:将90例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者分为对照组45例和观察组45例,比较两组近期疗效。结果:1年无进展生存率观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2、3年无进展生存率两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:术中即时植入5-Fu缓释植入剂可降低卵巢恶性肿瘤患者术后近期肿瘤的进展复发,提高治疗有效率。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluorouracil（5-Fu）sustained-release implants in the treatment of malignant ovarian cancer.Method：90 cases of ovarian cancer patients were divided into the control group（45 cases）and the observation group（45 cases）.The difference between the two groups were compared various indicators of the short-term effect.Result：One year progression-free survival rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the groups（ P〈0.05）,and two,three-year progression-free survival between the two groups showed no significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Intraoperative immediate implantation of 5-Fu release implants may reduce ovarian malignancies in patients with postoperative recurrence of the recent progress of the tumor,to improve the treatment efficiency.
