高州医疗模式调查分析

摘　　要：目的:研究高州模式成功的原因。方法:以问卷、采访、交谈和观察等方式,对在高州市第一人民医院就诊的患者、医生进行了调查。结果:91%的患者认为医院的服务质量非常好,69%患者认为医院的收费低,医院的医疗技术水平已经达到三甲水平。结论:高州模式的成功源于严格的奖罚措施确保服务质量,制度化的监管体系确保患者医疗费用低廉,先进的医疗设备确保医疗技术水平。这些先进的经验值得所有的医疗部门借鉴。Objective：To research successful reasons for Gaozhou mode.Method：The treatment of patients and the doctor in the First People’s Hospital of Gaozhou were investigated by Questionnaires,interviews,conversations and observations.Result：The results showed that 91% of patients believed that the hospital’s quality of service very good,69% of patients believed that the hospital charges was low and hospital medical technology had reached the level of the top three levels. Conclusion：The Gaozhou model successed stems from the strict reward and punishment measures to ensure quality of service,the institutionalized regulatory system to ensure that patient medical cost,advanced medical equipment to ensure that the level of medical technology. These advanced experiences are worth to reference for all of the medical department
