摘　　要：加强高校创先争优长效机制建设,必须对高校创先争优长效机制建设现状进行分析和把握。当前高校创先争优长效机制建设取得了一些成就,同时也存在问题,应在此基础上分析原因,探索高校创先争优长效机制建设的路径。In order to strengthen long-term mechanism construction for ＂striving to be advanced and creating excellence＂ in colleges and universities,we must analyze and grasp its status.At present,long-term mechanism construction for ＂striving to be advanced and creating excellence＂ in colleges and universities make an achievement,and also existing some problems.So,analyze the cause and we explore the routing of long-term mechanism construction for ＂striving to be advanced and creating excellence＂ in colleges and universities.
