摘　　要：高职教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,向社会培养了大批工作在生产第一线的高技能、复合型人才。但与此同时,高职院校毕业生综合素养较低的问题也呈现出来,主要表现在语言表达能力和逻辑思维能力不高,心理承受力和应变能力较差等问题。这与高职院校教育存在重专业、轻素质;重技能、轻人文的现象有着重要的关系。本文通过对三所高职院校调查问卷获取第一手资料,并依此提出提高高职院校学生人文阅读能力的对策,以期抛砖引玉,共同探索提升高职院校学生人文阅读的新方法。Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,which can train a large number of high skill talents for the society that can work in the front line of production.But the poor comprehensive quality of vocational college graduates also appear a lot,most of whom have poor ability to express,to logically think,to psychologically endurance and change.This is related to the fact that higher vocational education focused on profession and skills,and ignored quality and humanities.Based on the three vocational colleges practical questionnaire to obtain first-hand information,the writer puts forward countermeasures to improve students’ human reading ability in vocational colleges,in order to jointly explore new method of students’ humanistic reading in higher vocational colleges.
