摘　　要：法律权利转变为法律义务和法律义务转变为法律权利是人类社会发展过程中的法律发展常态,也是社会转型的微观显现。研究权利义务之间的转换既可以充分认识人类社会的转型,同时也可以为在一定社会情境下将何种行为确认为权利义务提供理论基础。因此,需要对权利义务之间转换的原因、表现以及限制等问题进行研究。Legal right changing into legal duty and legal duty changing into legal right is normal in the development of human society, and the micro-show of social transformation. On it not only can fully understand the transformation of human society, but also for certain social situations in which the acts will be recognized as right and duty to provide theoretical basis. Therefore, we need research changing between fight and duty, such as the reasons, performance and restrictions.
