太赫兹波谱检测面粉增白剂的研究

摘　　要：提出了利用太赫兹时域光谱技术对不同等级面粉和过氧化苯甲酰进行检测的方法,通过分析它们在0.2～1.5 THz频段内的频域谱、吸收系数和平均折射率可以很好地检测出面粉中是否含有过氧化苯甲酰增白剂。实验证明检测方法具有检测周期短、检测精度高、操作简单的特点。A method of detecting benzoyl peroxide in different grade of flour by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy was introduced.By analyzing their frequency domain,absorption coefficient and mean refractive index around the frequency range of 0.2 ~1.5 THz,whether benzoyl peroxide existed in the flour can be well determined.The experiment showed that the detection method takes the advantages of short period,high precision and simple operation.
