摘 要:从全国各地的土壤、污水、受污染的玉米、家畜肠道粪便等134份样品中分离得到1 628株菌落形态各异的微生物。通过以玉米赤霉烯酮为唯一碳源的无机盐培养基高通量筛选,获得8株降解玉米赤霉烯酮效果良好的菌株,其中2株降解效果较高,分别命名为Y64-3和Y84-7,降解率分别为60.08%和54.90%。经初步鉴定两株菌株均为芽孢菌。1 628 microorganisms in diverse shapes were separated from 134 samples from the soil, sewage, contaminated corns, intestinal feces of livestock and so on throughout the country. Eight strains of degrad- able zearalenone were obtained by high flux screening method, with zearalenone as the inorganic salt cul- ture medium of sole carbon source. Among these, two of the eight strains had better detoxified effect and were named Y64 -3 and Y84 -7 respectively. The degradation rate was 60.08% and 54.9% by HPLC analysis. They were preliminarily identified as Bacillus.
