开四关合补阳明法对脑出血微创术后脑功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸开四关合补阳明法对脑出血微创术后脑功能恢复的作用及其机制。方法脑出血微创血肿清除术后患者60例,按随机数字表法将分成两组,每组30例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针刺,两组疗程均为1个月,观察两组治疗前后脑血流动力学、血清一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及神经功能缺损程度评分。结果治疗1个月后,治疗组脑血流动力学水平、血清NO水平、血清SOD水平均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为16.7%,治疗组疗效好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论开四关合补阳明法对脑出血微创术后患者脑功能恢复的疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of four gates opening combined with Yangming meridian tonifying on brain function recovery in cerebral hemorrhage patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery.Methods Sixty cerebral hemorrhage patients who had undergone minimally invasive surgery were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment of Western medicine.Besides the treatment as what the controls received,a acupuncture therapy was performed in the treatment group.The treatment lasted for one month in both groups.Hemodynamics,serum NO,superoxide dismutase（SOD） and neurological deficit score were detected before and after treatment in both groups.Results After 1-month treatment,the levels of hemodynamics,serum NO and SOD in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（all P〈0.05）,the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7% while of the control group was 16.7%,the effect of treatment for treatment group was better than that for control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Four gates opening combined with Yangming meridian tonifying has significant effect on brain function recovery in cerebral hemorrhage patients who have undergone minimally invasive surgery.
