南宁市良庆社区居民功能性胃肠病发生率及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解南宁市良庆社区居民功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)发生率及其相关因素,为FGIDs的防治提供参考。方法根据罗马Ⅲ诊断标准设计FGIDs症状调查问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),随机对300名南宁市良庆社区居民进行调查。多因素logistic回归分析FGIDs发生的相关危险因素。结果诊断FGIDs 34例,检出率为11.33%。单因素分析显示,吸烟、饮酒、抑郁、焦虑、喜吃生冷、进食不规律、进食辛辣食品等7个因素是影响良庆社居民发生FGIDs的主要因素。多因素logistic回归分析提示,饮酒、喜进生冷食物、进食辛辣食品、焦虑、吸烟是影响良庆社区居民发生FGIDs的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论饮酒、较多进食酸辣、生冷食物、焦虑状态、吸烟是引发良庆社区居民FGIDs的危险因素。Objective To investigate the incidence of functional gastrointestinal disease（FGIDs） and its related factors among community residents in Lianqing,Nanning.To provide the references for FGIDs prevention and control.Methods A FGIDs symptoms questionnaire designed according to Roman Ⅲ Diagnosis Standard,anxiety selfassessment scale（SAS） and depression self rating scale（SDS） were adopted to conduct a random survey among 300 community residents in Liangqing,Nanning.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related risk factors of FGIDs.Results Thirty-four cases of FGIDs were detected in the survey,the detection rate is 11.33%.Univariate analysis showed that seven factors such as smoking,drinking,depression,anxiety,eating cold foods often,eating foods irregularly and eating spicy foods were main influencing factors of FGIDs among community residents in Liangqing.Multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that drinking,eating cold foods often,eating spicy food,anxiety and smoking were the high risk influencing factors of FGIDs among community residents in Liangqing（P ﹤ 0.05）.Conclusion Drinking,eating hot and sour foods as well as cold foods more,anxiety,smoking are risk factors of FGIDs among community residents in Liangqing.
