不同年龄高血压脑出血患者高危因素调查研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析不同年龄高血压脑出血患者的高危因素。方法选取2010年6月-2012年8月于本院进行治疗的185例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,将其根据年龄分为A组(青年组)34例、B组(中年组)68例和C组(老年组)83例,将三组人员的肥胖率、不良生活习惯、并发基础疾病情况及高血压危害知晓率、治疗遵从情况进行统计及比较。结果 A组患者的肥胖率及不良生活习惯率高于B组及C组,C组并发基础疾病率高于A组及B组,A组高血压危害知晓较佳率及治疗遵从较佳率则均低于B组及C组,而B组则低于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论青年高血压脑出血患者高危因素主要为肥胖、不良生活习惯及疾病知晓差、治疗遵从差情况,而老年患者则以并发基础疾病为主要危险因素。中年患者的上述方面则均普遍存在。Objective To study and analyze the high risk factors of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with different ages.Methods One hundred and eighty-five patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hospitalized in the First Hospital of Wuhan City from June 2010 to August 2012 were selected as the research objects.According to the patients＇ ages,they were divided into group A（youth group,n=34）,group B（middle-aged group,n=68） and group C（elderly group,n=83）.The obesity rate,bad habits,concurrent basic diseases,the awareness rate of harm of hypertension,and treatment compliance of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results The obesity rate and bad habits rate of group A were higher than those of group B and group C.Concurrent basic diseases rate of group C was higher than those of group A and group B.The awareness rate of harm of hypertension and the rate of better treatment compliance of group A were both lower than those of group B and group C;moreover,the above-mentioned indexes of group B were lower than those of group C,and all differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.Conclusions The high risk factors of young patients are mainly obesity,bad habits and poor awareness about hypertension,and poor compliance with treatment,while the main risk factor of elderly patients is concurrent basic diseases.The above-mentioned factors are ubiquitous in middle-aged patients.
