摘　　要：阐述了在数字网络环境下编目人员面临的巨大机遇与挑战。数字网络环境为图书馆工作提供了丰富的信息资源及便利的工作条件,但同时也因此带来了许多问题,如:信息资源的广泛而杂乱性、外包数据的不规范性等。如何保质保量地做好编目工作,编目人员应具备何种素质,成为了编目人员首要考虑的问题。This paper expounds in great opportunities and challenges facing the Cataloging Personnel digital network environment.Provide a wealth of information resources and convenient working conditions of digital network environment for library work,but also it brings many problems,such as： information resources widely and promiscuity,outsourced data is not normative.How to guarantee the quantity to cataloging,cataloging personnel should have the quality,become the primary consideration of cataloging personnel.
