摘　　要：证人拒绝作证制度在许多国家早已成为一项重要证据制度,但在我国还没有相关的规定,因此,文章分析了其他国家有关规定,并在借鉴其他国家先进经验的基础上对我国立法提出一些建议。The system of allowing witnesses subpoenaed to court to refuse to testify is an important institution which has been practiced in many countries.However,few related regulations and rules have ever been proposed in China.Based on a scrupulous review of other countries＇ existing legal institutions,the present paper analyzes relevant practices in this regard in other countries and makes some practical suggestions as to the law-making process in China.
