三种日粮添加物对滩羊血液抗氧化性能的影响

摘　　要：选择健康、生长发育状况良好,年龄相近的周岁滩羊羯羊12只、周岁母羊12只,随机分为4组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组),每组6只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮的基础上,分别添加2.0%酵母培养物、0.3%益生酵母、3.0%苜蓿皂甙,研究不同日粮添加物对滩羊抗氧化功能的影响。结果表明,试验第20天、第60天,试验Ⅰ组与对照组血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量差异极显著(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组与对照组的血浆MDA含量差异不显著(P>0.05);第40天,各试验组之间血浆MDA含量差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在第20天、第40天血浆超氧化物歧化酶含量极显著高于对照组差异(P<0.01);第20天、第40天、第60天,各处理组之间对血浆总抗氧化能力含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合分析认为,三种日粮添加物均不同程度增强滩羊的抗氧化功能。Twelve one-year old wethers and twelve ewes which were close in age and good health condition,growth and development were used in the experiment.It was investigated the effects on antioxidant ability in stabling Tan sheep fed the basal diets with concentrate to roughage ration of 3∶7by adding 2.0% yeast culture,0.3 Yea-Sacc and 3.0%alfalfa saponin by the feeding test.The results showed that at 20dand 60d,the experimental groupⅠhad an extreme difference in MDA content in plasma than that of the control（P〈0.01）,there was no significant difference in MDA content in plasma between experimental group II,experimental group III and the control（P〉0.05）;at 40d,the differences among those groups were not significant in MDA content in plasma（P〉0.05）;the experimental group II and III were significantly higher in superoxide dismutase content in plasma than that of the control at 20dand 40d（P〈 0.01）;at 20d,40dand 60d,the total antioxidant capacity content in plasma of each groups were insignificant（P〉0.05）.The results showed that the three nutrients can improve antioxidant ability of Tan sheep to different degrees.
